Cooking Class – Date Night: Surf & Turf
You’ll never want to settle for typical steakhouse fare after experiencing our twist on surf and turf. Join us for this date night class and learn how to spice up steak with an espelette pepper rub and brighten seared shrimp with a citrus vinaigrette. You will practice roasting fingerling potatoes and balance the meal with a winter-inspired salad. For a sweet finish, we’ll prepare a creamy panna cotta dessert that’s perfect for sharing.
Great cooking is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above
- You will work with other students in groups of 4
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class
